Panhead Kennel has been breeding Louisiana Catahoulas for over twelve years. Our dogs are  N.A.L.C.(National Association of Louisiana Catahoulas) certified.
We have blood lines going back to Aden, Renee, Capt. Blacks,Ingram,CHJ, Croft and several more.
This dog is a rare breed,dating back hundreds of years, being one of the United States of America's first dogs bred here!
These dogs are very protective of their family and are used as hog dogs,cow dogs or just to have as a companion.They also work in search and rescue, law enforcement, and security applications.            No two have the same markings.Some have glass-blue eyes or green,brown or a combination of all.They can be born natural bob-tail also, like Mary Jane here.
